As a member of our Store Management team, you will:

· Manage the store's resources in order to maximize key results.

· Hire, develop, train, coach & motivate the store employee team.

· Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.

· Control store-operating expenses.

· Lead by example in company service standards

Position requirements:

· Minimum two (2) years + supervisor/management experience preferably in a retail, entertainment or hospitality industry.

· Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

· Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

· Strong leadership skills.

· University or College diploma in business an asset.
