 Position Responsibilities:
• Provides high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long term working relationships and building a strong customer base
• Sells a full range of preferred supplier products
• Provides accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.)
• Maintain a consistently high rate of sales
• Organizes and assists with local business building promotions
• Assists in the resolution of client complaints
• Invoice and document client files accurately

The Person:
• Excellent geographical/destination/travel knowledge
• Travel Counselling Experience
• In-depth knowledge of airline reservation systems with Amadeus experience preferred
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet or exceed targets
• Outstanding sales skills and able to develop a large client base
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to develop and retain a large client base
• Must be a strong Team Player
• Travel and Tourism diploma an asset
