We are a call center/mail house located in the Steeles/Keele area and are looking for individuals who can excel in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks within our two (2) departments: Call Centre (Inbound Order Taking/Outbound Courtesy Calls) and Mail House (Data Entry & Mail Sort).
Ideal candidates must possess: excellent verbal & written proficiency in English; computer/keyboarding ability with a minimum of 25 wpm; an aptitude for Customer Service.
We are open 24/7 and offer varied shifts that include full/part-time days/evenings & weekends. Candidates must be able to maintain a minimum of 25 hours worked per week.
Our starting rate of pay is $9.00 per hour with premiums and bonuses available based on assigned task. We also offer a Points based reward incentive plan and full skills based training.
A second language is an asset but not required.
